We require a valid referral to be sent to the clinic before we can book an appointment. Our providers review their referrals prior to booking an appointment, so our reception staff will give you a call to book an appointment.

Before seeing our providers, we will need your claim number and insurer contact details to confirm with the third party that they accept to pay your account.
