Jean Clow, Occupational Therapist has a specific interest in neurological rehabilitation practice and advanced lymphoedema management. Jean aims to offer a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach to each of individual patients. We recommend to engage in a service agreement to outline goals and continue to adapt each individuals rehabilitation journey and work towards participant goals. Availability:
Jean is currently taking on new patients at our Woolloongabba clinic through referral. Referral/brief consultation history is preferred to gather patient history when receiving referrals. Funding: Occupational Therapy sessions can be funded through National Disability Insurance Scheme, Team Care Plan (EPC), Work Cover and Private Funding. |
